Investment consulting

Investment consulting is a key area of UBG. We have consulted and assisted many foreign investors in setting up investment projects as well as in the process of implementing investment projects in Vietnam.

Services provided:

- Market entry consulting: conducting legal research and assessments, including legal due diligence.

- Consulting on investment structure and licensing procedures: consulting and drafting necessary legal documents for investment license/approval for 100% foreign owned companies, joint venture companies, business cooperation contract and other types of business.

- Representing customers during negotiations with partners.

- Work with state agencies and assist in handling administrative procedures.

- Implement post-licensing procedures for foreign-invested projects.

- Consulting on legal issues related to the operation of foreign-invested projects operating in Vietnam.

- Consulting and implementing procedures for terminating investment projects and restructuring enterprises.
