Security is considered to be a top priority in the process of receiving and handling work. With the process of storing documents, any information provided by the customer is strictly controlled.

According to the law of Vietnam, lawyers are only allowed to disclose information provided by customers in three limited cases as follows. Firstly, the lawyer may disclose the information if it is obtained in writing by the customer. Second, the lawyer is responsible for providing the information provided by the client, if that information is relevant to the conduct of a criminal offense. Thirdly, lawyers may disclose information if the court or competent state agency requires a lawyer to provide.

UBG emphasizes the confidentiality of customer information and always indicates the importance of protecting the customer's information secure for lawyers, professionals, and support personnel. Disclosures will only be made in the required cases, and before implementation, UBG will immediately notify the customer.
